24 Hour Opening Still the Order of the Day at J P

In a week that saw the ending of supermarket giant Tesco’s 24 a day opening across the UK, including 4 stores in Scotland and an Aberdeen man escaping prison for trying to evade police officers on a stolen mobility scooter at 5 miles an hour it seems a good time to reassure our readers that the James Pirie store will remain open 24 a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

 A Toast to Jamie’s Success

And that is about what Andy Murray will have to wait to seek his revenge for the loss of the Australian Open tennis title.  But otherwise it was a great week end for north of the border tennis with the wheelchair title and the men’s doubles going to Bravehearts.  And I heard Jamie Murray say that his wife Alejandra was busy staying at home, saving the pennies and making money so he could travel the world living his sporting dream. Now I am sure the Aussie doubles purse will go a long way to making life comfortable for the couple who married in 2010, but if they want to get good deals for their pennies they should look at the Scottish Thistle range which is currently on offer and has, just by chance, some lovely champagne glasses ideal to toast a brand new Grand Slam tournament win.
