Easter Isn’t Far Away – Mother’s day in Our Rear View Mirror. Phew!

Giant Rabbit off to North Ayrshire

Well we’ve made it through Mother’s day and Easter is looming ahead. I am not sure I can live with the excitement. Especially as today it is absolutely freezing and the daffodils are blowing wildly in the wind. So what I need to take my mind off it is a story about a giant rabbit called Atlas, presumably he has the weight of the rabbit world on his shoulders.

An Appealing Rabbit

The Scottish SPCA has been appealing for a new owner for Atlas after his original owner was having problems looking after the monster bunny. The rabbit is a large continental breed, but so far he grown larger than a small dog and needs a buggy to get him around. Hundreds of people across the world volunteered to adopt Atlas, but eventually a new owner in North Ayrshire was chosen and the rabbit has been renamed with a name almost as big as he is which Atilla the Bun Binky Master Jazz Paws is.

Which is as much of a mess as the name of the last cat we had which was called Kisca Chairman Meow Mufassa Cat. Which was a huge name for a tiny Abyssinian pussycat I think, but the result of everyone being allowed to give it a name.
